Sin embargo, hay muchas cosas que he cumplido: he visto muchas películas, me he puesto muchos vestidos y sandalias y collares, he tocado cuando he querido y lo que he querido, he escuchado mucha música, he ido a conciertos,he estado de fiesta.

Some time ago,I wrote all the things I wanted to do this summer; and the thing is that I didn't paint anything ,I didn't have walks with my bike, I didn't write beautiful words on the walls, I didn't read as much as I always do in summer, I didn't have dancing classes and I didn't go very much to the beach or walked along the Turia (my friends are too lazy).

However, I've done some things I said I wanted to do: I've seen lots of movies, I've worn lots of dresses and sandals and bohemian necklaces, I played the piano whenever I wanted with no restrictions, I listened to music, I went to concerts and I partied a lot.

Besides,I've done many things I didn't plan to do: I've been in three different countries ,I met a wonderful canadian family,I gave Spanish classes, I played the role of a tourist guide around Valencia,I earnt money (that was the last thing I thought I'd do),I worked as a children instructor for a day, I got drunk , I had so much fun, I met a lot of people...

It's been an amazing summer and there's still some time to enjoy. That's the good thing,I don't want to think about starting again an stressful year, harder than the last one but surely more interesting. Anyway, I enjoy the routine, because for me there's something different and surprising instead the schedules.

I still love summer :)

  1. Somethings in life you just can't plan on and often times they turn out better than the things you planned.

  2. Thank you for your comment. CHD stands for Congenital Heart Disease. Our son was born with a hole in his heart and the valve that take the blood around the body was not attached. He is doing great now. But we need to watch him carefully.

  3. sometimes the things you just fall into seem to be the most lasting...maybe because you are worried about a plan or goals or whatever, it just happens and you take each moment as it comes
