No me sale nada y mis planes no me entusiasman.

Sincerely, thinking I am an unfortunate person instead of my condition, my position, my family, my friends, my world, my flowers, my streets, my music, my art...is something that makes me feel even worst.
I don't understand how can I spend days crying, not speaking, and the fact of knowing everything I am is wonderful does nothing to me. Being a drama queen teenager and a little innocent may have influence on it.
Maybe I love melancholy so much that I have to fill a card , a particular number of blue days during the year.
Today I wasn't able to do anything well and I'm not very enthusiastic about my plans.
My life isn't hard, it isn't complicated, it's not a difficult enigma or a mistery. I'm only 16, I know nothing obout life but I complain as a wise 80-year-old man who has lived the most awful things.
But I can't feel better instead.

"Maybe because we always think our pain is unique, exceptional, as every single thing that concerns us.
No one loves the way we love, no one suffers the way we do. That stomachache is mine, not yours.
It may exist other reasons, more hidden, harder to understand.
"

Just because of those hidden reasons I don't even know, I beg you to forgive me for being such a moaner and a pain in the neck girl, for dreaming with flying so high when I still have got so much to live.

  3. i promise you you´ll feel better soon. everything looks brighter in the morning. when i´m feeling blue i try to remind myself of things that make me happy. i know it sounds corny- but it works. keep a journal and only write positive things in it. try it- i swear it works. warm hugs! p.s. if it´s any consolation i have another 16 yr old here going through the same thing... and when i was your age- i did too- it passes- :)

  4. I think that I understand your feelings... and had the same when I was young... and... the same sometimes...

What I do... I look around me... and try to discover beauty to forget nonsense, cold, dark... Sometimes, it works ;)

    Big hug

  5. It might be the age you're going thru, or it is a matter of personality... my husband is a psychiatrist and he says that only intelligent people get to be existential !
It's ok to be down as long as you you have ups ;) it's only human to "feel" after all !
One thing you have to keep in mind and be happy with when everything is in a blur : you have a blank canvas to write, everything is ahead of you at 16, and THIS is priceless
